Damage merchandise must be approved by our customer service department within 20 days of purchase date with item exchange of equal or less price. A credit slip will be issue for any remaining amount.

To submit all requests:
A copy of the original receipt, full name, complete address, contact phone number, written explanation of the problem with indication of your replace request, and copy of a photo ID fax to: 678-284-1269.
